How to Terminate an Employee in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central?

To terminate an employee in SuccessFactors Employee Central please follow theses steps:


Depending on the configuration there can be different fields to be filled before submitting the termination request. If there is an interface to a local payroll additional information needs to be provided, e.g. the last payroll run date for a compensation component. As well there could be an approval workflow attached depending on the termination reason given.
