For any of your SAP SuccessFactors Delta Exams just follow the steps below.
As a prerequisite you need to assign to the Learning Room on SAP Learning Hub for the module you have certified for.

If you are not assigned to a Learning Room yet which I highly recommend you can also find the delta exam via the Learning Content search.

In order to use this enhancement first the permission needs to be set for "Create Entity from Company Structure Overview.
