How to Delegate or Assign Proxy to Another User in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central?

Sometimes there could be the need to have another user to perform your tasks in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. In the following steps I will show you how to delegate this right to another user.
If you grant the proxy right to someone with less rights be aware that you might give him
view or edit äccess to the data such as compensation data that the user did not have before. Please keep this in mind before you assign the proxy right to another user in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
